Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.
- Furniture must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We may offer replacement for defective/damaged items after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders, clearance sale items, or items damaged due to customer misuse.
