  • Since all our furniture is customized and made-to-order, we require 3–4 weeks for order processing, production, and quality checks.
  • Production timelines may vary depending on product design, material availability, and volume of orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, our logistics and delivery partners usually take 7–10 business days to deliver the product, depending on the customer’s location.
  • Delivery to metros and major cities may be faster, while remote areas may take longer.

 

4. Delivery Process

  • Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address and contact details are correct and accessible.
  • Customers are requested to ensure availability to receive the product at the time of delivery.
  • Large furniture items may require assistance in moving inside premises; our delivery partners will deliver to the doorstep (ground floor). If special arrangements are required (e.g., moving to higher floors without a lift), additional charges may apply.
