  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications (dimensions, finishes, materials, etc.).
  • Any inaccuracies in order details may result in delays or defective output, for which Opulent Tree shall not be liable.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise.
  • Payment must be made via the payment gateways or methods specified on the Website.
  • Opulent Tree is not responsible for any transaction failures due to technical issues in payment gateways.

 

4. Production & Delivery

  • Since all products are made-to-order, production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, raw material availability, and order volume.
  • Delivery timelines shared are estimates only; delays caused by transport, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances will not make Opulent Tree liable for compensation.
  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring accessibility for large furniture items.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once production starts, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds will only be provided in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy (for example, damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery).

 

6. Warranty & Product Variations

  • Opulent Tree products are handcrafted. Slight variations in wood grain, color, polish, texture, or fabric are natural and not considered defects.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer is not covered under warranty.
  • Some products may require assembly; assembly assistance may be chargeable depending on delivery location.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, text, graphics, and content on the Website are the property of LALITA HANDICRAFTS PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • Customers are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
